Marcus Jackson

Marcus Jackson is more than a pastor. He reflects God’s redeeming power and the hope of second chances. His life journey, from the pain of foster care and the darkness of addiction to the light of pastoral leadership, is a story of grace, perseverance, and faith in action.

Once homeless and incarcerated, Marcus’s life could have been defined by struggle. Instead, through God’s mercy, he was changed. Beginning as a janitor at Home Assembly Church in Los Angeles, he embraced humility and service, not knowing that God was preparing him for a greater calling. In time, he rose to become the church’s Senior Pastor, leading with compassion, conviction, and the heart of a servant.

Pastor Jackson has dedicated his ministry to uplifting the brokenhearted, mentoring those in need of guidance, and inspiring others to believe that no past is too heavy for God’s grace to rewrite. His story relates to anyone who has felt lost, reminding them that healing is real, redemption is possible, and there is always hope for a brighter future. Today, Marcus lives in Long Beach with his beloved wife, Marilyn. Together, they share their lives as an enduring example of faith, resilience, and the power of love grounded in God’s promises.
